The terms that govern access to INIX.IN, account use, rental listings, communications, verification, payments where applicable, and acceptable platform conduct.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use INIX.IN, create an account, publish or respond to a listing, communicate through the platform, submit verification information, or use any related INIX service. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate and current account information.
- Keep login credentials and OTPs confidential.
- Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive accounts.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
3. Listings & user content
- Owners or authorized representatives must have a lawful basis to publish a property, vehicle, space, or service listing.
- Descriptions, price/rent, availability, location, photos and documents must not be materially misleading.
- INIX may review, restrict, correct, hide, suspend or remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, duplicated, unverifiable or inconsistent with platform rules.
4. Verification & privacy
INIX may request identity, KYC, ownership, location, device, or supporting evidence when required for a feature or risk-control process. Private documents are not intended for unrestricted public display. Use of personal information is further described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Communications & conduct
- Do not harass, threaten, defraud, spam, scrape, or misuse another user’s information.
- Do not attempt to bypass access control, security checks, rate limits, verification or payment controls.
- Do not upload malware, executable payloads or unlawful material.
6. Rental discussions & agreements
Users are responsible for reviewing the final terms of any rental, deposit, visit, agreement, cancellation or handover. Platform-generated summaries, drafts or assistance are workflow tools unless a separate legally binding agreement is completed by the relevant parties.
7. Fees, payments & refunds
Where INIX offers a paid feature, the price and applicable conditions should be shown before confirmation. Payment, cancellation and refund handling is subject to the specific feature terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Suspension & termination
INIX may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, non-payment, repeated policy violation or protection of users. Users may request account deletion through the public Account & Data Deletion page.
9. Availability & liability
INIX aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for independently confirming property, identity, ownership, price, condition, payment instructions and the suitability of any transaction.
10. Legal concerns
These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Statutory rights and remedies are not excluded by these terms. For complaints, disputes, takedown requests or legal notices, use the Legal / Grievance page or contact support@inix.in.
11. Changes
INIX may update these terms when features, legal requirements or platform controls change. The current version is published on this URL with its update date. Material changes should not be interpreted as retroactively removing rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
